KLM has therefore been operating Cargo in Cabin (CIC) flights carrying medical relief goods \/ PPE material on seats, using plastic sheeting and straps. Initially, these now over 150 flights were mainly executed by the remaining three KLM Boeing 747 Combi aircraft. However, since the \u201cQueen of the Skies\u201d retired from the royal blue fleet, KLM\u2019s Boeing 777 aircraft are also used for CIC.
